SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is FREE for all customers that are within the UK. We currently only offer Domestic Shipping, but International Shipping is coming soon!

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays or bank holidays.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses. If you put an incorrect address, email or message us within 6 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages during shipment but we will try our best to help you out if it happens.

 

We are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive with 10 working days of it being shipped out, you can file a claim with Royal Mail to retrieve or refund your product.
